Debra Dickson

I joined Edenred in October 2023 as the Office Manager for the London office. Having a background in various administrative roles I believe Paytech enabled me to challenge my capabilities further and support on an even more Senior level whilst still juggling various responsibilities associated with managing office affairs simultaneously.

Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family. I enjoy going on family holidays which strengthens the family bond and create lasting memories. 

I also enjoy the piano and the drums, and generally love listening to various genres of music to inspire my skills further.

Career path and Current Role

I believe I am an enthusiastic people person and take pride in assisting people with various queries, and feel a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment when the issue is resolved. 

This characteristic is quite evident in my career path as all my roles have all been geared towards Supporting Senior Executives, various team members and office support management despite having a postgrad degree in Finance! 

Having joined Paytech in October 2023 I have developed further passion for providing senior level support further building my various levels of responsibility to ensure I perform to the best of my ability and experience job satisfaction at the end of the day!

The positive team spirit, energetic and enthusiastic nature makes Edenred a great place to work. I have always sensed the prominent passion my colleagues display in their approach to work which I believe is a great environment to thrive in as the people around you have the drive to succeed!

Best memory at Edenred

My best memory at Edenred was when we celebrated world gratitude Day in the office! Staff were therefore encouraged to acknowledge a particular member of staff they are thankful for by posting a little thank you note on the gratitude Board. I was extremely delighted to see my name mentioned (more than once!)  which made me feel like I am making impact in my role and further encouraged me to do even more. I now feel more motivated coming to work knowing that my efforts are not going unnoticed.

Favourite sport

I have always loved watching sporting games particularly during the Olympics season and also enjoy playing various sporting activities with a competitive nature.  Badminton has always stood out to me to be my favourite followed by running and cycling.
