QA Manager
I joined Edenred 2 years ago, within the Engineering department. There have been many exciting challenges since I joined, and I have enjoyed helping to define and shape the future, setting the direction for how we quality assure our client offerings. Outside of the office I am an outdoor photographer, with a keen interest in nature and ancient architecture.
Career path and Current Role
Before moving into the world of quality assurance, my background is in data, predominantly nautical data (having spent many years at the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office). However, for the last 15 years or so I have worked in and around quality assurance in a number of roles, across a variety of industries (waste, water, property and land data).
My current role provides me with an opportunity to guide and influence how quality is embedded within our development and delivery processes, and I look forward to taking this approach out into the wider business.
What makes you vibe
I really enjoying helping people get to where they need, whether that's giving direction, answering questions, coaching, mentoring, or just being someone to talk to. That's what makes me vibe, and here at EdenRed I get to do that every day.
Best memory at Edenred
We had two very hard deadlines last year, in delivering SmartER and Brazil Path. These were large technically complex deliverables, and yet we managed to get through both, whilst also maintaining BAU support and development. This was something I was very proud of. It wasn't easy, but we made it. The parties afterwards weren't too bad either.
Favourite movie
It's hard to pick just one, but if I had to pick a favourite movie it would have to be King Kong (the 1933 original, of course!)
