Ike Alexanian

I joined Edenred Paytech in August 2022, starting as a Strategy and Partnerships Analyst before moving into my current role as a Payment Engagement Manager. Outside of work, I love staying active by going to the gym / playing any sport I can and being with friends and family.

I’m always up for trying different cuisines and love to travel! For me, nothing beats a good day at the beach – growing up in Egypt, soaking in the sun and going for a dip in the sea is second nature to me!

Career path and Current Role

I started my career in consulting, building up my skillset for four years before moving to Edenred PayTech as a Strategy and Partnerships Analyst. After achieving success in that role for just over two years,  I’ve now moved into a new role as a Payment Engagement Manager.

It has been a very fun, hands-on learning experience so far. I am also looking forward to going to Edenred's Paris headquarters for 3 days  after being selected to participate in their exclusive talent week!

What makes you vibe

One of the best things about work is the people. Everyone here is incredibly supportive, always willing to help, and bring a positive attitude to the table. It makes for a great environment to learn and grow in.

Best memory at Edenred

It would have to be the last Christmas party! It’s a great opportunity to unwind with the people I work with and get to know them better in a more relaxed setting.

Favourite sport

My favourite sport is definitely football - if I’m not playing it, I’m watching it and if I’m not watching it, I’m reading up on it. I also moved from Egypt to the UK at the age of 15 without any family members to sign a football contract with Bradford City!
