Ada Elliott

Problem-solving and the ability to cut through noise to find a solution has been a driving force in my career. I have been exposed to a variety of industries and challenges. After cutting my teeth with some incredible roles in science and research for the past decade, I'm now loving the opportunity to solve meaningful problems for our customers at Edenred PayTech. Our Mobility business line is a huge area of growth and I'm excited to help empower our customers to greater success.

Career path and Current Role

I initially joined the Engineering Leadership Team at Edenred PayTech, leading the delivery of a diverse technical portfolio. My current role has seen a return to a commercial focus, which I love. Working in two different parts of the organisation has been incredibly beneficial in understanding areas of improvement and refining our ways of working. Thankfully, at Edenred PayTech, the empowerment exists to explore new opportunities and make an impact.

What makes you vibe

The resilience we demonstrate as a team to overcome challenges together to deliver excellence to our customers. The opportunity we have to change the ways we work and think, embracing new ideas as the team grows.
 

Best memory at Edenred

After moving on in my role, I received a really meaningful gift and card for my birthday from one of my team. This made me feel very proud and satisfied, as I consider my team’s morale as the vehicle to success. Having the chance to help others in their own career journey has been very rewarding.

Favourite book

As a big lover of the fantasy genre, I would say Elric of Melniboné. A great anti-hero and a storyline that keeps giving.
